Most people in life aspire to make their parents proud.

Our parents have worked hard, sacrificed, and put up with all of our crap just so we can be happy and succeed.

Our parents deserve more than most of us could ever repay them for.

But Major League Baseball prospect Brady Singer was going to try.

Brady’s parents were surely proud of him.

Brady was the 18th overall pick in the 2018 MLB Draft and was taken by the Kansas City Royals.

He recently signed a rookie contract with the team and received a $4.25 million signing bonus.

The 22-year-old pitcher played baseball for the University of Florida where he won the 2018 Dick Howser Trophy.

He was also named at the 2018 National Player of the Year, according to CBS Sports.

Brady also went 12-3 with a 2.55 ERA and 114 strikeouts in 113 innings in his junior season.

But he says he wouldn’t have been able to achieve such success without the help of his parents.

They scrimped and saved and spent all of their money to shuttle their son back and forth to games, buy him the gear he needed, and any other expenses that go along with training to be a professional ball player.

So, he wanted to thank his parents and get them an extra special present for Christmas.

He wrote them a beautiful heartfelt letter that reduced his parents to tears.

“Dear Mom and Dad,

I just want to say ‘Thank you’ for everything you’ve done to help me reach my dreams. There’s absolutely no way I could have done all this by myself. Both of you constantly took off of work and spent every dime you made just to put a smile on my face,” his letter read.

“”I will always remember traveling around Florida for baseball, trying to cheaply eat and save money, but I never could because you both always wanted me to have the best stuff to help me pursue my dreams. The money you both spent on traveling, gear, hotel, food and all those Gatorades I drank is much more than I could ever give you, but there’s something I want to give to you.”

Brady then reveals that he’s paid off their loan from the bank and all of their debt so they could finally spend some money on themselves.

“Now, instead of trying to save money every weekend to replace the savings account you drained traveling to see me play baseball, you can spend it on yourselves. Because you deserve the very best, I want you both to know how much I appreciate you and how none of this would be possible without you. Your giving hearts helped to shape my tiny dream into a reality. I love you both more than you could ever imagine and will never forget what you both have done.”

He even took a video recording of his parents reading the letter and learning that all of their debt has been paid off.

It’s the most heartfelt thing on the internet right now. That video has been viewed more than 11.3 million times so far.

“Today is very special to my heart. To give back to the two people who have given up everything to support my brother and I. I can’t thank them enough. Love you Mom and Dad,” Brady wrote in his Twitter post with the video.
