Effectively dealing with difficult children requires a different type of thinking. When all else fails, think outside the box. These parents certainly did!
1) Grill playpen
Playpens are perfect for keeping children locked in. Turns out, they’re ideal for keeping them out, too. Need to barbecue safely with a toddler around? Look no further than your child’s playpen.
2) Vacuum ingenuity
Making your child’s anger work for you instead of against you might be genius. This is a brilliant reversal. Take that momentum and clean your house! But hopefully, your eight-year-old doesn’t hate you later in life…
3) Parked car hand hack
Kids are curious creatures. Parking lots are dangerous places. What better way to keep your child put than taking advantage of their playful personalities? The magnetic handprint works wonders.
4) Ice block sponge
Out of icepacks? Toss a sponge in the freezer overnight. It’ll be perfect the next morning. Put the sponge into a ziplock bag and keep your kid’s food cool all day!

10) Play tub
The bathtub is a sacred place. Some bathrooms have a separate tub and shower. If you need to shower but don’t trust your kid alone, turn the bathtub into a playpen! This might solve all your problems while keeping your kid occupied!
